What You Will Be Doing
As an Industrial Engineer supporting the F-35 Wing Systems program, you will:
- Develop and implement Industrial Engineering solutions for both shop floor and "above the floor" operations.
- Analyze and optimize production plans to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Create and monitor production health metrics to enhance quality, cost, and schedule performance.
- Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline production processes.
- Utilize automation techniques and software tools to optimize manufacturing workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Industrial Engineering, Production Management, and Production Support teams.
- Manage or contribute to special projects, driving innovation and operational excellence.
- Join a team supporting the F-35 program, one of the most advanced defense projects in the world.
