What You’ll Do

• Conduct detailed studies of wafer fabrication and assembly processes to gather data on current operations.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement process improvement strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  
  

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Preferred experience in a manufacturing or wafer fabrication environment.
• Preferred knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques.
• U.S. citizenship due to access restrictions.

Salary Range

$72,600.00-$96,800.000
