IN-PERSON Client Security Data Coordinator

This position requires in-person participation in the Davenport, Iowa office, Monday through Friday.

Be an integral part of the team that provides protection for a vast range of residential and commercial customers with the latest Security and Fire Protection technology, based in custom system data entry, cellular connections and IP communications. This full-time position requires that an individual learn how to set up Channels, Bosch Panels, Readers, Controllable Outputs, Monitorable Inputs, badging and triggers.

Knowledge And Experience Required

Customer service

Strong computer proficiency and understanding of data entry

Ability to learn new programs and advances in technology

Ability to understand door access systems, intrusion panels, and central station set up

Ability to organize data and create categories for implementing access control usage

including code templets

Accurate record keeping skills

Accuracy in entering critical information

Attention to detail

Ability to maintain accurate records and procedures

Ability to work remotely with technicians on site to bring systems online

Job Description

Enter accurate programming information in security panels and door access systems for use in the field

Enter program levels for access control clients

Work remotely with installation technicians in the field to bring systems online

Work remotely with clients and their IT Departments to bring systems online

Create and program access cards for client use

Create central station files, client cards, codes and call lists

Work directly with clients to resolve questions and requests

Maintain checklists and documentation of procedures for each product implementation and programming

Be available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm , In person.
