As an Immigration Specialist you will guide our employees through the immigration process and make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll be the go-to person for questions about visas, work authorization, and compliance. This role blends hands-on case management with cross-team coordination to ensure our people feel supported throughout their journey. This role is a means to make a difference by making international hiring seamless and scalable.
Requirements
5+ years of experience handling U.S. and UK immigration casework (employment-based visas, green cards, etc.)
Significant knowledge of immigration regulations and processes
Experience partnering with internal and external legal teams and immigration firms

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end immigration cases, including visas, work permits, green cards, and related filings.
- Lead various internal reviews or audits of immigration data, processes and policies Track deadlines and maintain accurate records for compliance
- Monitor changes in immigration law and policy and analyze impact to employee population
- Support global mobility efforts and help employees transition smoothly across regions
- 5+ years of experience handling U.S. and UK immigration casework (employment-based visas, green cards, etc.)
- Significant knowledge of immigration regulations and processes
- Experience partnering with internal and external legal teams and immigration firms
