Overview

The Mobile Demand Fulfillment Team works with Supply Chain, Logistics, the Service and Packaging Centers, and with the individual Carrier Account Teams to process Customer Orders, Monitor Shipments, and ensure On-Time Delivery to respective Customer Ship-To Locations.

The Coordinator will be responsible for creating Delivery orders and escalate inventory alignment issues to the supervisor.

Essential & Responsibilities

• Mobile PO management
• Provide open Purchase Orders (PO) to account team to align PO status
• Create Delivery Order based on SCM planning to meet customer’s requests, and provide the plan to the Logistics team ahead for the support
• Communicate with Business planning team on PO changes, weekly inventory allocation, Week of Supply at customer’s DC
• Communicate cross functional around Supply Chain cycle (QA, Logistic, Planning, Sales, and Finance)
• Escalate issues with product availability, launch schedule, and sales demands to management
• Coordinate with planning team to align customer orders with forecast data. Conduct CPFR calls to discuss shipping plan across department among different planning teams and customers
• Monitor EDI errors and price discrepancy in SAP and ensure SKU, RDD, shipping address, quantity are accurate in all POs
• Facilitate with logistic team and transportation team to push through weekly shipment to ensure on time delivery.
• Allocate available inventory among customers based on RDD, delivery requirements and shipment methods.
• Modify shipping plan with understanding of packaging schedule for weekly shipment to allocate on hand inventory.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, supply chain, or related field is preferred
• Experience in SCM, Logistics, or Sales Forecasting is a plus
• Mid to high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Must have excellent communications skills (written, verbal)
• Must have excellent attention to detail
• Must be coachable
• Must have flexibility in work hours, including occasional evening and weekend, to meet critical deadlines and/or manage time-sensitive projects, adapting to shifting priorities and work effectively under time pressure
• Must be able to work either independently or in a team environment to achieve personal and team goals
