We're Hiring: HVAC Mechanic!
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Mechanic to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering quality service to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do
∙Identify components of HVAC systems.
∙Observe and report on problems with system performance.
∙Install and remove insulation, registers, or ducts.
∙Repair HVAC fixtures and components.
∙Communicate conflicts with office staff
∙Tools and vehicle are a plus
What We're Looking For
∙Needs a journeyman or Master’s card (since you’ll be given a company vehicle to travel around
to various military bases in the Hampton Roads area to perform HVAC & mechanical repairs.
∙Candidate needs to be within commutable distance of Portsmouth, VA.
∙Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record. (No reckless driving or DUIs ever).
∙To gain access to military bases they must not have any felonies and no misdemeanors within
the last 7 years.
∙HVAC Mechanic with Journeyman card.
∙5+ years of related experience
∙HS Diploma
