Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Assist in the installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation systems.
- Safely use and maintain tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for HVAC installation tasks.
- Follow instructions from lead technicians to ensure all work meets company standards and local code compliance.
- Transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations for system installation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional attitude and appearance on-site.
- 2+ years of prior experience as an HVAC Install Helper (required).
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and installation processes.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- EPA certification or willingness to obtain is a plus.
