The HR Specialist/Recruiter will play a critical role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee relations, HRIS (Paycom) management, and HR projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting employees and driving HR initiatives
.
Responsibilitie
s:
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, creating job postings, and descriptio
ns.• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and job requiremen
ts.• Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating the completion
ofrequired for
ms.• Educate and communicate company personnel policies and procedures to newly hired and current employe
es.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, Paycom data entry, and documentati
on.• Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, terminations, and changes to employment status or benefits within Payc
om.• Support with employee open enrollment and benefits programs within Payc
om.• Support employee relations efforts by assisting with investigations, documenting employee complaints or concerns, and providing guidance on HR polic
iesand procedur
es.• Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, training programs, wellness activities, and compliance effor
ts.• Provide administrative support to the HR team, by maintaining HR-related program documents and fil
es.• Maintain company policies, procedures, demonstrating confidentiality of sensitive informati
on.• Performs other related duties as assign
ed.

Qualifications and Education Require
