Job Purpose
The Human Resources Manager is a key leader responsible for shaping company culture, developing talent strategies, and aligning workforce planning with business goals. This role ensures compliance, drives employee engagement, and fosters a culture of inclusion, growth, and high performance.
Objectives of this role:
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals and KPIs.
• Lead talent development and succession planning efforts to ensure a future-ready workforce.
• Oversee a flexible staffing and recruitment model to attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies while promoting a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace.
• Enhance employee experience through effective communication, recognition, training, and development programs.
Role Responsibilities:
Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning
• Collaborate with leadership on current and future workforce needs, including recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Lead the talent acquisition process for hourly, professional and leadership roles, including employer branding and candidate experience improvements.
Employee Engagement & Culture
• Develop and support initiatives that promote inclusion, recognition, and communication across all levels.
• Manage employee relations and engagement programs that foster a positive work environment.
Compliance & Risk Mitigation
• Maintain current knowledge of labor laws and ensure HR practices and policies remain compliant.
• Oversee sensitive HR matters such as investigations, accommodations, and disciplinary actions with
professionalism and discretion.
Learning & Development
• Design and implement training and development strategies that support employee growth and internal mobility.
• Lead initiatives that build leadership capabilities and support organizational performance goals.
Leadership Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and develop the HR and Training team to ensure high performance and professional
growth.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on organizational design, leadership development, and
talent management.
• Align HR initiatives with cross-functional business plans and participate in organization decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or another related field
• Minimum five (4) years of human resources experience
• Minimum two (2) years of leadership experience
