The Human Resources Interviewer supports the leadership team by interviewing, selecting, and processing applicants for vacant positions.
Job Responsibilities

Job Summary
The Human Resources Interviewer supports the leadership team by interviewing, selecting, and processing applicants for vacant positions.
Job Responsibilities
- Utilize the applicant tracking system to review applications for vacant hourly positions. Review job history for relevant experience, ensure completeness, and match job seeker to potential opportunities. Schedule interviews with candidates.
- Interview candidates to determine their eligibility, skills and fit for the role applied. Ask questions about prior work history and performance. Assess candidate fit for the role based on company and candidate needs.
- Extend job offers to qualified candidates. Build rapport with the candidate that will carry through the hiring process to their first day of work.
- Work to achieve weekly and monthly productivity goals and contribute ideas for process improvement.
- Effectively collaborate with leaders within assigned area of responsibility. Provide feedback to improve employee retention.
- Ensures legal adherence to company policies and procedures in accordance with employment law.
- High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of two years of work experience required.
- Two years of experience in Human Resources or leadership position responsible for hiring required.
- Experience in a consumer products company preferred.
- Excellent organizations skills, communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working in multiple online systems including Microsoft Office including Teams for virtual interviewing. Success Factors experience is preferred.
- Bi-Lingual English/ Spanish preferred.
- This position can be based from any Heartland location.
