You’ll own the employee experience from onboarding to benefits and compliance, while also rolling up your sleeves for office operations and employee events. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to grow with us.

Please note: This is an in-office role at our Bethesda, MD headquarters, five days per week.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Finance/Payroll on HR-related filings and compliance
  • Be the go-to HR contact for employee and manager general questions
  • As needed, support recruiting by scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks, and preparing offer letters
  • Provide administrative support to the company by organizing events (holiday parties, trainings, team lunches) and managing supplies and facilities needs
  • Continuously improve HR processes and documentation to support growth and scalability

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–6 years of progressive HR experience (onboarding, benefits, and compliance)
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and employment law
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) required; SharePoint a plus
  • Experience working in HRIS and payroll systems
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a growth-stage software or technology company
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar)
