Date: 1 day ago
City: Tamarac, FL

Future Metals LLC
As a part of the global industrial organization Marmon Holdings—which is backed by Berkshire Hathaway—you’ll be doing things that matter, leading at every level, and winning a better way. We’re committed to making a positive impact on the world, providing you with diverse learning and working opportunities, and fostering a culture where everyone’s empowered to be their best.
At Future Metals, we’re part of Marmon Holdings, owned by Berkshire Hathaway, and Warren Buffett himself has called us “our kind of company.” Are you a people-first leader who excels in strategy, culture, and driving global impact? We’re looking for a Director of Human Resources to join our Executive Leadership Team and help shape the future of our rapidly growing, international business spanning across 3 Aerospace companies with 200 employees. This is your opportunity to lead with purpose, collaborate with top executives, and build scalable, world-class people processes across borders. See company videos at futuremetals.com.
Future Metals, Orkal and Aero-Hose are proud members of Marmon’s Metals Services Group under the Berkshire Hathaway umbrella. Marmon is a global, diversified industrial powerhouse, encompassing 11 distinct business groups and over 125 autonomous manufacturing and service companies. Marmon Holdings and its subsidiaries employ more than 24,000 people across 18 countries, with revenues surpassing $10B in 2023. See career path at marmon.com/your-career-path/
About The Role
As our Director of HR, you’ll be both a strategic thought partner and a roll-up-your-sleeves operator. Reporting directly to the President, you’ll guide everything from talent development and culture to global compliance and workforce planning. This role supports international teams across Europe and Asia, so global HR experience (and a strong appreciation for complexity) is a must.
This position may require up to 20% travel, with occasional international trips (up to 50%) to support global operations and leadership engagement, particularly during the executive leadership team's annual global site tours. You’ll lead a 2 to 3 person HR team and work closely with senior leaders to align people practices with business goals. It’s a high-impact role, perfect for someone who’s excited to shape a modern, people-driven organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
We’re growing fast and thoughtfully. You’ll be part of a forward-looking leadership team that values collaboration, clarity, and impact. We’re serious about culture and committed to investing in our people, processes, and platforms. If you're ready to bring your ideas to life, build something scalable, and make an international impact, we want to meet you.
Ready to build what’s next?
Apply now and let’s grow together. “My interest is in the future because I am going to spend the rest of my life there”. - Charles Kettering
