Soni's client seeking a strategic Human Resources Director to oversee key HR functions such as recruiting, employee engagement, and benefits administration while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

This is an on-site role, requiring active involvement in day-to-day HR operations alongside driving strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement initiatives.
  • Develop leadership programs and succession plans to support long-term organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Develop proactive hiring strategies to meet workforce needs and improve retention.
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies to optimize costs and outreach.
  • Address employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and coaching.
  • Implement structured onboarding and performance evaluation processes.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and execute action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Manage and optimize benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
  • Oversee open enrollment, benefits education, and regulatory compliance.
  • Handle claims related to workers' compensation, disability, and leave administration.
  • Utilize HRIS platforms to streamline workflows and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain oversight of payroll processing and compliance tracking.
  • Implement HR analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Design and deliver training programs to promote skill development and career growth.
  • Partner with department leaders to identify and address training needs.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR leadership, with expertise in recruiting, benefits, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance requirements, and best practices.


Compensation: $120,000 to $150,000 a year

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
