Overview
Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate, and high-quality care to communities throughout the region. We are seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to support HR operations within our Medical Group. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of onboarding clinical administration and clinical staff. A strong understanding of credentialing standards is essential, including the ability to track and verify licenses and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP, as well as credentials for certified nursing assistants. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of care and safety for our Medical Group.

Responsibilities
The HR Coordinator processes new hire paperwork, background checks, coordinates drug screens and completes the I9/E-Verify. Will process status changes, term paperwork, promotions, and all other changes and get all appropriate approvals before processing in the HRIS. Maintains licensure and certification reports to maintain compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory standards. Processes evaluations and keeps personnel records up to date. Assists with hospital recognition programs and assists employees with general Human Resources questions.

Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Three (3) years of Human Resources experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills required.
- Strong computer and data entry skills required.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
