What You Will Be Doing
As a leader on our Human Resources team, you will provide strategic and tactical HR support as well as:
- Partner closely with Quality leadership to design and implement HR strategies, processes, and programs—including talent management, promotion planning, performance management, salary planning, and rewards and recognition.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance and solutions that align with business objectives.
- Champion organizational strategies in partnership with HR colleagues across the enterprise.
- Identify, develop, and retain top talent to strengthen organizational capability.
- Address employee relations matters with confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise and other functional teams to create and execute effective HR solutions.
- Leverage data and analytics to uncover opportunities, recommend actions, and drive measurable outcomes for both HR and business goals.
