Summary
First point of contact for Lee Health employees. Assess needs, provide assistance to employees, visitors, family members and applicants in person, via telephone or via e-mail regarding their questions on all Human Resources issues and group benefits. Able to direct to appropriate staff member when additional assistance is needed. Provides clerical support to the Human Resources department including data entry, faxing documents, distributing information, benefit materials and forms.
Requirements
Education:
High School Graduate or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum of one to two years of call center, customer service or administrative support experience required. Experience handling multiple areas of expertise such as Benefits, Recruitment and Policy interpretation preferred.
