The HRIS System Support Specialist II is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, standard report writing, testing of system changes, security administration, and analysis of data flows to and from an
assigned vendor.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Analyzes, develops, and implements custom and standardized reports for various groups to include HR and Executive Management
- Serves as an escalation point for reporting and application issues from product users
- Performs system testing and quality assurance
- Creates process manuals and user documentation
- Maintains custom tables within the database
- Performs data imports and creates new import templates upon request
- Processes requests to set up new users, change access levels, create new security classes, and remove users
- Analyzes and evaluates opportunities to improve processes and/or tools to ensure highest level of quality
- Acts as a key liaison with ADP and other assigned vendors
- Works with HR teams to maintain data integrity by providing audit reports and making corrections within the database
- Provides user training as needed
- Performs routine administrative tasks in support of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) group
- Maintains awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Two to five years of HRIS experience
- Working knowledge of ADP EV5 and ADP Reporting/Reportsmith
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) and SQL
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules, and benefit procedures
- Ability to multitask effectively and handle highly confidential information
- Proficiency in the English language is required
$55,000 - $75,000 annually, with a $6,000 annual bonus potential
