This role is based in Miramar, FL, and may follow a hybrid work model, combining both in-office and remote work.

SUMMARY: The Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst administers databases, software, and computer systems that the company uses to manage their human capital and payroll. Their duties include analyzing HRIS systems, monitoring performance, configuration/testing of new functionality, extracting reports, building custom reports, and consolidating enterprise-wide employee data for compliance reporting. The HRIS Analyst also oversees access of users, responds to inquiries for support and troubleshoots and resolves issues. This role partners closely with other internal teams to align business goals with HR strategies and ensure the successful execution of HR projects that drive organizational success.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate integration plans associated with mergers and acquisitions to ensure a smooth transition of employees and HR processes.
  • Provide project management support for all HR related initiatives. This includes but is not limited to identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and issues.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Identify and recommend areas to simplify, standardize, and improve HRIS set up and maintain accurate data.
  • Maintain data integrity and enforce consistent data mapping across all HR systems.
  • Provide support to HR production/test systems and required upgrades to system enhancements.
  • Coordinate and conduct timely root cause analysis and drive to resolution for all HR systems, interfaces, and integrations.
  • Provide consultative direction, knowledge, and functional assistance to HR leadership, business leaders, end users, and other team members for ongoing administration of HR Systems.
  • Collaborates in HR audits and maintenance of controls and documentation for compliance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
    • or an additional three (3) years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive HRIS experience
    • including three (3) years of SAAS experience on relevant platforms (such as Workday, Paycom, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Proficient supporting HCM platforms (HR, Compensation, Learning, Performance, Payroll, Reporting and Recruiting).
  • Thorough understanding of HR functional processes and data requirements.
  • Understanding of basic project management principles, identifying risk and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands. Must be proficient with Excel (VLOOKUP’s, Pivot tables, If statements, conditional formatting etc.) and other MS Office products.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Solid interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills with a focus on customer service.
Preferred Requirements

  • Experience managing HR related projects and tasks (Acquisitions, Divestitures etc.).
  • Experience having led Human Resources, Payroll or integration workstream on a strategic initiative.
  • PMP Certification
  • Ability to influence senior management, peers and subordinates to desired outcomes.
  • HCM, Payroll and Timekeeping systems analysis, design, implementation, and integration with internal and external systems and applications.
  • Experience with Employee/Manager Self Service applications, Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Applicant Tracking and Learning Management Systems.
  • HR System integration experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with third party vendors and maintain basic relationships.
