We're looking for a collaborative and resourceful HRIS Analyst who is excited to take ownership of our HR systems and help shape the future of how we work.
This role is ideal for someone who is self-directed, adaptable, energized by problem-solving, and enjoys figuring things out on their own. You will improve how data and systems work behind the scenes. You’ll be the go-to expert on our HRIS platform, owning everything from reporting and analytics to process improvement and system support!
Location:
This position is based at our Corporate Headquarters located at 206 2100 W #202, Salt Lake City, UT 84116. Preference will be given to candidates who reside locally and can easily commute to work onsite. Candidates who live more than two hours from the Salt Lake City office may be considered for remote work.

Be a Builder
- Design, customize, and manage reports, dashboards, and calculated fields in Workday.
- Partner with stakeholders to bring structure to areas that need it—no instruction manual required.
- Spot inefficiencies and implement smart solutions before being asked.
- Provide real-time support to users with system-related issues and "how-to" questions.
- Monitor data integrity, troubleshoot errors, and make fixes that keep things running smoothly.
- Manage incoming requests via our ticketing system and follow through from start to finish.
- Translate data into insights to help leadership make better workforce decisions.
- Support compliance, audit preparation, and core HR operations through accurate data and reporting.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects that improve systems and workflows across the HR function.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience supporting or managing HRIS platforms such as Paycom, ADP, ICIMS, Workday, Paylocity, UKG.
- Startup mentality: flexible, curious, and not afraid to take initiative.
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively to solve problems.
- Strong skills in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau is a plus).
- Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts in an accessible way.
- Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and thoughtful analysis.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, mission-driven environment.
