- Interviewing new applicants who are eager to make a difference
- Leading engaging orientation sessions
- Managing compliance and keeping our HR systems up to date
- Helping our team feel valued, trained, and supported
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience in HR, recruiting, or training (home care experience a plus)
- Communicates with warmth and professionalism
- Thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
