Where You Come In

In this HR Operations role, you’ll be a key driver in shaping how we support and scale our people. You’ll partner closely with employees and leaders to deliver thoughtful, high-impact HR solutions that enhance engagement, performance, and growth. This role spans the full spectrum of HR, from employee relations, benefits, and compliance to talent development and culture initiatives. As a trusted advisor, you’ll help translate business needs into effective people practices, ensuring a seamless employee experience and building the foundation for a strong, scalable culture.

What You'll Do

  • HR Operations & Systems
    • Manage and execute core HR programs, such as performance management, compensation reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Collaborate with People & HR team members to implement company-wide HR programs related to compensation, benefits, talent development, and organizational design.
    • Own and optimize day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle — onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management, and employee data accuracy.
    • Partner with Finance on payroll changes, headcount reconciliation, and compensation updates.
    • Ensure employee records, handbooks, and documentation are current and compliant globally.
  • Benefits, Compliance & Employee Support
    • Partner with business leaders and employees to support a positive and productive work environment.
    • Serve as the go-to resource for employee questions around benefits, policies, and programs.
    • Manage benefits administration, open enrollment, and vendor relationships.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, including workforce planning, employee movements (e.g., promotions, transfers), and succession planning.
    • Coordinate leave of absence requests and other employee lifecycle events with empathy and consistency.
  • Process Improvement & Scalability
    • Use data and insights to identify workforce trends and recommend HR strategies for continuous improvement.
    • Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve HR operations and processes as we grow.
    • Support reporting and analytics for headcount, turnover, and other key HR metrics.
  • People Programs & Culture Support
    • Partner with the People & Operations team on engagement initiatives, onboarding experiences, and culture programs.
    • Help drive consistency and clarity in how we communicate and deliver HR programs company-wide.
Who You Are

  • 5+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • Strong foundation in HR operations, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Ability to analyze data and leverage insights to inform decision-making.
  • Experience handling complex employee relations matters and coaching leaders on HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal—with a strong ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., Rippling, Tilt, Lattice or similar HR platforms).
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to HR, with a passion for helping employees succeed.

What Sets You Apart (Bonus Points)

  • You think like a builder — designing scalable HR systems that help grow with the business.
  • You’re both strategic and hands-on — equally happy rolling up your sleeves or mapping out the big picture.
  • You've been part of a team that has scaled a company through a significant growth stage.
