The HR Onboarding Specialist position will:
- Coordinate the new hire onboarding process
- Assist users with onboarding interface
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients and their new hires
- Ensure new hires are ready to go by their first day with paperwork and tools they need (like Time & Attendance)
- Support the HR Department with special projects
- Provide ideas and creativity to improve processes and projects
An ideal candidate would have:
- Education, experience OR a strong interest in Human Resources
- Work Experience with helping customers
- Ability to manage time and multiple projects
- Experience with user interface and ability to help others with technology
