How You'll Make An Impact

  • Partner with leadership team to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs for filling these
  • Revise policies, procedures and templates as it relates to new HRIS system.
  • Understanding of how policies interact and impact each other through configuration
  • Drive the full recruitment cycle: post, recruit, interview and identify top talent, enabling ICR to meet its aggressive hiring requirements .
  • Define and drive a culture that rewards, promotes and encourages high performance throughout the
  • Implement new learning and development programs to provide employees with the necessary tools to be most effective in their roles.
  • Ensure benefit offerings remain competitive.
  • Manage implementation and ongoing iterations of new HRIS and payroll provider.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes that ensure key business goals are achieved by team members.
  • Manage compensation process and participate in industry surveys to ensure that competitive rewards offered attract and retain top talent.
  • Act as a coach and assist managers and team members through difficult conversations and situations.
  • If applicable, integrate future acquisitions into the business ensuring a seamless transition to the organization from both a structural and cultural
  • Innovate on talent management and employee engagement.
  • Foster a dynamic work environment and create programs that attract and retain employees.
  • Champion culture initiatives for a diverse and remote workforce.

About You

  • Minimum 15 years of broad HR experience across a variety of areas including; HRIS systems/ADP, recruiting, talent management, employee relations, training, performance management, benefits, immigration, culture
  • Experience in HR Compliance
  • Understanding leaves and how to layer federal and state leaves (NY, CT, CA) both from a compliance perspective and documentation
  • Experience working in fast-paced environment with quick turnaround/deadlines
  • Must be VERY detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of ADP

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
