Summary of Job Opportunity
- Serving as a strategic HR partner to service line leadership, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals and ensuring legal compliance.
- Leading investigations with confidentiality, fairness, thorough documentation, and consistency.
- Supporting employee engagement, fostering organizational culture, inclusivity, and well-being.
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field and at least one year of HR experience.
- Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to make routine decisions within policies and write effective documentation.
- Preferred certifications include SHRM or PHR. This role emphasizes collaboration, confidentiality, and strategic HR support.
