Job Description

The Human Resources Associate will support the administration and coordination of key HR functions, with a focus on compensation, benefits, and employee relations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining positive employee relations, and supporting total rewards programs that align with organizational goals.

In this role you will be part of the newly established human resources team in the benefit and employee relations function of the LEGO Group’s HR organization. As a catalyst for business success, we support our local LEGO colleagues to grow and succeed, enabling the LEGO Group to be future ready and have the capabilities to grow in the right way into the future.


Core Responsibilities



  • Assist in the implementation of compensation policies, salary surveys, and job reviews.
  • Support the annual compensation review cycle, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Serve as a point of contact for benefit-related inquiries, resolving employee issues and liaising with third-party providers.
  • Coordinate and communicate open enrollment activities, wellness / benefit fair and wellness initiatives.
  • Support initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture, including recognition programs, engagement activities, and feedback collection efforts.
  • Assist with internal communications and resources that support employee well-being, inclusion, and a respectful work environment.
  • Starting hourly rate $23.68.
