POSITION SUMMARY:
Ensures that Union Square buildings are presented to members and guests in a neat, orderly, and clean fashion. Responsible for presenting Union Square in a professional and positive image to new or prospective members, employees, and the local community.

Must have the ability to operate kitchen and cleaning appliances. Must be able to work around and with detergents and cleaning solutions.
Training And Experience
Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for daily cleaning, such as sweeping and mopping floors, dusting window blinds, window seals, and furniture, cleaning windows, and cleaning and disinfecting sinks, fixtures, toilets, keypads, doorknobs, etc.
- Perform light cleaning duties including keeping lobby countertops free from clutter and wiping down surfaces in high traffic areas throughout the day, such as lobby door windows and bathroom sinks.
- Ensure trash receptacles are emptied daily.
- Promote and maintain a positive and professional image of Union Square to employees, members, and the community. Interact with members and coworkers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Responsible for knowing and adhering to USCU policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook and training manuals.
- Secure and safeguard at all times the confidential information of members, employees, and the Credit Union pertaining to accounts, security, and personal information.
- Promote teamwork by assisting others when needed or when work is completed.
- Must have the flexibility to deal with changing work hours and locations as needed.
- Comply with all state and federal regulations related to this job and the Credit Union.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, management, or Human Resources.
