We’re looking for a thoughtful and experienced Center Manager II to lead one of our high-impact health centers, where we provide compassionate, judgment-free reproductive healthcare—including medication abortion, birth control, STI testing, and more. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of it all: overseeing daily operations, supporting a passionate team, partnering with clinical leadership, and making sure every patient has a safe, welcoming, and affirming experience.

What We're Looking For
- Has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years in a healthcare leadership role is great too!).
- Brings 2+ years of supervisory experience, ideally managing at least 6 team members.
- Knows how to keep a lot of moving parts running smoothly (you're a natural multi-tasker!).
- Thinks proactively and solves problems with curiosity and creativity.
- Believes in coaching, supporting, and growing your team, not just managing it.
- Understands the importance of inclusive leadership and psychological safety.
- Is comfortable using data to make decisions, drive improvements, and meet goals.
- Holds a CPR Certification. Must have certification(s) or be willing to obtain certification(s) within 60 days of employment.
- Lead a team of rockstars—including Front Office Representatives and the Medical Assistant Supervisor—by offering support, coaching, and real growth opportunities.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a health center with an average of three clinician shifts per day, making sure everything runs smoothly and patients receive top-notch care.
- Partner closely with the Lead Clinician to drive health center performance, implement new initiatives, and create a consistent, supportive environment.
- Champion equity in healthcare by making decisions that center community needs and advance access to reproductive services (including medication abortion).
- Streamline and standardize workflows so every patient gets the same high-quality experience, no matter which health center they walk into.
- Use data like a boss to track productivity, access, and performance—and make smart changes that keep everything on point.
- Keep your team inspired and engaged by cultivating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming culture rooted in diversity and belonging.
- Stay sharp and current on reproductive healthcare, from STI testing to pregnancy options counseling, including abortion care and contraception.
- Support financial health of the center by managing budgets, evaluating staffing needs, and ensuring operational excellence.
- Improve the patient experience by listening to feedback, spotting patterns, and making things better—continually.
