Your Impact

As a Head of Supply Chain, you will play a vital role in leading and overseeing the end-to-end supply chain function, including purchasing, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices. Your efforts will directly contribute to our company’s success by ensuring efficient and effective supply chain operations that support the company's business objectives, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve operational performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on cost efficiency, risk management, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with senior leadership to align supply chain objectives with company objectives.
  • Oversee the purchasing function to ensure effective supplier selection, relationship management, and contract negotiation. Establish sourcing strategies that maximize cost savings and supplier performance while maintaining quality and service standards.
  • Ensure efficient warehouse operations, direct logistics and distribution operations to optimize transportation, storage, and delivery. Implement and oversee processes that ensure on-time delivery, reduce transit times, and lower overall transportation costs.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for all supply chain functions, including cost, service levels, and operational efficiency. Prepare regular reports for senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure supply chain operations comply with all relevant regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.


What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, inventory management, and procurement processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems (e.g., Epicor P21, MS Dynamics).

Additional Information

  • Location: Norwalk, CT office / Remote
  • Travel: Approx. 40%
  • Work Authorization: Must be able to show evidence of authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
