Astrolab is pioneering new ways to explore and operate on distant planetary bodies. We are singularly focused on designing, building, and operating a fleet of multi-purpose commercial planetary rovers to extend and enhance humanity’s presence in the solar system. We are seeking motivated, creative, and exceptional people to join our world-class team.
Our marketing team ignites global excitement for lunar exploration by crafting compelling stories around our cutting-edge rover technologies, forging strategic partnerships, and scaling demand to propel our mission forward. As Head of Marketing, you will serve a central role in shaping Astrolab’s brand position, identity, and voice. You will create engaging content, innovative campaigns, and strategic partnerships that vividly embody our brand in fresh, captivating ways. Simultaneously, you'll support these initiatives with robust, data-driven analytics to drive sustainable business expansion. You'll spearhead top-tier marketing efforts across diverse channels—such as social media, influencer collaborations, partnerships, content creation, and experiential activations—to strengthen connections with key audiences and expand overall brand visibility. Your work will always emphasize our core mission, highlight our unique edge in the market, and foster genuine trust among stakeholders. You're a big-picture thinker, endlessly inventive, adaptable through experimentation, well-connected, and eager to dive in from day one.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the cutting edge of space exploration technologies with a world-class team focused on building the infrastructure to enable the exploration of the solar system.

- Partner with Astrolab’s teams to develop distinct, on-brand content for owned channels, including, but not limited to, website, social channels, etc
- Research and execute high-impact partnerships for Astrolab — including sponsorships, entertainment opportunities, and influencer marketing
- Oversee the execution of Astrolab’s social strategy to grow our global audience and strengthen audience engagement
- Deliver credible ROI effectiveness metrics for initiatives to build a clear business case for increased investment in marketing
- Proven track record with 10+ years of experience driving marketing, brand awareness, and engagement: Our goal for the future is that Astrolab is as synonymous with lunar and Mars surface mobility as Google is for search. - Clear vision & differentiated point of view: We need someone who can see into the future and help drive our brand arc over the next 3-5 years. Astrolab’s been successful because we approach surface mobility in new ways and with a unique point of view. Our marketing will be just as distinct — inventive in media strategy and bold in creative execution
- Ability to flex strategic and tactical, creative and analytical: We’re a small and scrappy team that punches well above our weight. We need someone to come in with ideas, but also be able to execute on the details that make it come to life
- Resilient mindset: You are thick-skinned, resourceful and mission-driven. Humble by nature. Confident in your ability to deliver at an exceptional level
