Lead our global raw materials procurement strategy with a multi-billion euro portfolio across Sanofi's business units. Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global sourcing strategies across all business units, managing categories including MnRa, Advanced Sourcing, API & Excipients, Animal Derivatives, and Bio-process Materials
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of 30 procurement professionals across regions
  • Drive TCO optimization and digital transformation initiatives
  • Establish strategic supplier relationship management programs
  • Champion risk management and supply chain resilience strategies
  • Integrate ESG and sustainability principles into procurement practices
  • Collaborate with R&D, M&S, and Quality teams as a permanent member of the MSAT Leadership Team
  • Lead strategic negotiations with key suppliers to ensure business continuity

About You

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Engineering, or Business
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • 15+ years experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry procurement
  • Strong focus on GMP raw materials and category management
  • Proven track record leading global teams and managing complex projects
  • Deep understanding of biopharmaceutical raw materials and operations
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems and regulatory requirements

  • Strategic mindset with ability to navigate complex matrix organizations
  • French and English business fluent
