Lead and deliver one core operational pillar of 2HL’s national school launch with speed and precision, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Taking complete ownership of one critical domain in the national launch plan—be it regulatory approvals, onboarding & systems, or financial operations.
- Leading cross-functional execution with absolute decision-making power and accountability.
- Creating and refining playbooks from scratch, testing them under real-world pressures.
- Collaborating directly with founders, functional leads, and campus teams to establish launch-ready infrastructure.
- Leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance operations and speed up execution.
- Advising without action—this is not a strategy role.
- Navigating through bureaucratic layers—you’ll have direct access to decision-makers.
- Managing a single market or workstream—you’ll spearhead multiple efforts across different regions.
- Waiting for direction—you’ll be the one defining it.
- Passing tough decisions—they’re yours to make.

- A proven track record in managing cross-functional operations in high-pressure, ambiguous environments.
- A distinct expertise in one or more areas: regulatory navigation, onboarding systems, or large-scale financial operations.
- Strong structured thinking with an execution-focused mindset—capable of moving from planning to action independently.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and willingness to travel approximately one week per month.
- Proficiency in using AI tools to streamline processes and boost delivery speed.
