Role: We are hiring for an experienced and results-driven Head of E-Commerce to lead strategy and execution across all e-commerce with a focus on Amazon. This role is critical for driving the overall performance, growth, and profitability of our E-Commerce business. As the Head of E-Commerce, you will have the opportunity to shape our e-comm and Amazon strategies, manage marketing campaigns, optimize product listings, and work cross-functionally to ensure successful product launches and ongoing channel success.


This position will be on-site in our Burbank, CA HQ.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive E-Commerce strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals.
  • Create and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales across multiple online channels.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of isclinical.com, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage product listings, promotions, pricing strategies, and inventory to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Lead day-to-day execution of iS Clinical’s Amazon business, developing and executing strategies to drive growth across both Seller Central and Vendor Central. This includes optimizing product listings, managing third-party agencies, reviewing keywords, and ensuring brand consistency across content.
  • Oversee the Amazon new product launch process, working cross-functionally to forecast inventory, manage advertising spend budgets, optimize PDP copy, and develop GTM strategies. Ensure that campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and seasonal opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Creative, and Sales teams to develop cohesive strategies that support both DTC and retail objectives. Coordinate reviews and approvals with internal stakeholders throughout the planning process.
  • Monitor key metrics (e.g., revenue, TACoS, conversion rate), providing regular reporting on account performance and campaign effectiveness. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Manage the Amazon promotions calendar, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to execute couponing, seasonal campaigns, and Prime Day initiatives. Oversee Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and DSP campaign planning and performance.
  • Monitor customer reviews and questions to inform content improvements and identify areas for product education. Work with Customer Service and Marketing to support a strong brand reputation and drive repeat purchases.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure inventory availability for both FBA and FBM channels. Proactively identify and address low-stock risks, overstock issues, and seasonal demand fluctuations.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing digital marketing team.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, ensuring team members are aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on campaign effectiveness, sales trends, and market opportunities.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years in e-commerce or digital retail, with 5+ years managing Amazon and global marketplaces, ideally within beauty, skincare, or fast-moving consumer goods
  • Experience with both Seller Central and Vendor Central
  • Proven success in launching and growing product lines on Amazon, with a strong track record of driving brand-first strategies and expanding into new categories
  • Proficiency in Amazon Advertising tools, PPC campaign management, and keyword strategy. Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, and experience using analytics platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon and E-Commerce trends, particularly in skincare and emerging beauty categories, with experience in building data-driven strategies to optimize product performance and customer engagement
  • Ability to derive insights from data to optimize listings, ads, and strategy. High attention to detail, especially in content creation and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset. Ability to clearly present data-driven recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams and developing high-performing teams
  • Financial acumen with experience managing P&L and driving profitability in dynamic digital environments

Adhering to the requirements of California's law on salary transparency, the base salary bracket for this role is set between $170,000.00 and $200,000.00 annually. The offered base salary may be adjusted based on various factors such as the applicant's qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
