- Cleared through Stephanie Discepolo, HCPSS
- Completion of Background and Drug Screen
- Immunization Review COVID, TDAP, MMR, Varicella and FLU
- Commitment to a PT/FT summer schedule
- Commitment to a PT schedule during school
- Commitment to Lorien Health Services.
