Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused Handyman Estimator to join our growing team. This role will start as a part-time/on-call position with strong potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business demand. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in home repair or general contracting, with a solid understanding of project pricing, material costs, and labor estimations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate project scopes
• Prepare accurate estimates for residential repairs and improvements
• Communicate clearly with clients, providing detailed explanations and options
• Collaborate with our technician team to ensure realistic timelines and budgets
• Provide outstanding customer service and represent our brand with professionalism
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in home repair, construction, or estimating
• Strong knowledge of labor and material pricing across multiple trades
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
