We're expanding our team and are immediately hiring for several Production Staff positions. In this role, you’ll be part of a dynamic team crafting, packaging, and shipping the freshest, most delicious salsas around! Whether you’re new to the industry or looking to grow your career, we pride ourselves on promoting from within—all of our managers started at entry-level roles. Positions are available for both our day shift (8 am - 4 pm) and swing shift (4 pm - midnight).

What You’ll Do:
- Own your production tasks and work within a team environment
- Cross-train to expand your skills and take on more responsibility
- Follow strict sanitation and food safety guidelines for products, containers, and equipment
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency
- Minimize waste and ensure our high standards of quality control are met
- Take pride in your work and escalate concerns when necessary—bring your ‘can-do’ attitude every day!
- 3+ years in a food production environment (preferred)
- Consistency, reliability, and attention to detail
- Commitment to maintaining exceptional hygiene standards
- A valid Food Handler’s Permit (or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of starting)
- Strong PC skills with a willingness to adopt new tools
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a big plus!
