We help local businesses around you hire, manage, and pay qualified workers.

Our customers include leading brands from multiple sectors, including Burger King, Carl's Jr./Hardee's, IHOP, KFC, and Culvers. At series B, we are quickly expanding our product portfolio. We are backed by legendary VCs and industry experts like Founders Fund, BOND, and Coatue.

Grow With Us

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support our Marketing and Growth team. This is a high-impact role focused on working with marketing data, building data processes, and supporting decision-making with high-quality analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a high level of comfort using artificial intelligence tools to build automations and streamline marketing workflows.

Day In the Life

  • Analyze marketing performance across channels and campaigns, with a focus on actionable insights
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using spreadsheet tools (e.g. Google Sheets), Tableau, Looker, or similar
  • Work directly with data sources and warehouses, including Snowflake or comparable systems
  • Support marketing leadership with ad-hoc analysis and reporting
  • Use and create (‘vibe code’) AI tools to support automation, enrichment, and process improvements in marketing workflows
  • Collaborate with Growth, Demand Gen, and Product Marketing teams to support strategic initiatives
  • Maintain a high standard of data quality and documentation across systems

Who You Are

  • The most important requirement is that you’re a genius with numbers, and are willing to work hard and learn new things. Everything else on this list can be learned.
  • 2–5 years of experience working with marketing data, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with spreadsheets and data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with SQL and data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake)
  • Experience with dashboard tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar
  • Comfortable working with AI tools to automate data handling, reporting, or content-related tasks
  • Able to work independently and manage shifting priorities with minimal oversight
  • Not afraid of changing priorities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience using AI to automate repetitive and data processing tasks.
  • Prior exposure to code-based automation workflows (e.g. Python scripts, APIs, Zapier, or similar) - no need to know how to code!
  • Familiarity with common marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)

What We Offer

  • A mission-driven and value-based company dedicated to empower deskless workers and local businesses
  • An early employee opportunity at a Series B hyper-growth startup; work with the founding team and industry veterans to accelerate your career
  • Competitive salary and equity
  • Comprehensive health coverage: medical, dental, and vision. We pay 95% of your premiums for our employees and 85% for dependents
  • In-office amenities and stocked kitchen
  • 401K Plan
  • Pre-tax commuter benefits
  • Learning/development stipend
  • Unlimited PTO
