Group Product Manager, Google Global Infrastructure

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, etc.).
• Experience with the domain area of Generative AI or Large Language Models.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
• 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
• Experience with release and product launches.
• Experience in driving cross-functional projects.
• Experience in tooling and with software systems.
• Experience leading key strategic decisions and operations, with knowledge of financial models.

The Google Global Infrastructure team (GGI) oversees the physical infrastructure powering and connecting all of Google’s consumer services, AI services, and Cloud services globally. The team is responsible for the strategy, operations, technology roadmap, delivery, and optimization for Google’s global footprint of data centers, energy and network infrastructure, across design, power, space, and demand planning.

The GGI Product manager defines strategy, product roadmaps and drives execution alignment for Google Global Infrastructure. As the Product Manager, you will bring customer and product-centric focus to GGI teams by collaborating with various teams involved in planning, building, delivering, operating, and supporting GGI products to customers and partners.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Build the idea and strategy for Google Global Infrastructure products.
• Represent GGI and collaborate with partner teams to build cross-functional alignment and roadmaps supporting business needs of GGI and customers.
• Work with customers to define and refine journeys and requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and partner teams to drive product execution that delivers user needs.
• Increase awareness, training, and education of GGI products to enable Google businesses to offer services using the infrastructure.
