Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Bilingual Graphic Designer (English/Spanish) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling digital and print assets that align with brand guidelines and resonate with diverse audiences across the U.S. Hispanic and LATAM markets. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful designs for various channels including social media, email campaigns, web, mobile apps, and more. The ideal candidate brings strong design fundamentals, fluency in both English and Spanish, and an understanding of cultural nuances that inform effective visual communication. Experience with motion graphics, animation, and working in regulated industries such as fintech or healthcare is a plus.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Bilingual Graphic Designer (English/Spanish) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling digital and print assets that align with brand guidelines and resonate with diverse audiences across the U.S. Hispanic and LATAM markets. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful designs for various channels including social media, email campaigns, web, mobile apps, and more. The ideal candidate brings strong design fundamentals, fluency in both English and Spanish, and an understanding of cultural nuances that inform effective visual communication. Experience with motion graphics, animation, and working in regulated industries such as fintech or healthcare is a plus.
Design & Branding
- Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all marketing materials, applying brand guidelines while contributing fresh, modern design ideas.
- Design digital and print assets (e.g., social media posts, brochures, presentations, infographics) in both English and Spanish, thoughtfully adapting content to reflect cultural nuances for U.S. Hispanic and LATAM audiences.
- Create high-quality visual assets tailored for various platforms, including social media, email/CRM campaigns, paid ads, in-app banners, websites, and presentations across desktop and mobile.
- Produce original illustrations, graphics, and animations that support storytelling and enhance visual communication.
- Partner with marketing, product, and customer experience teams to deliver compelling creative work aligned with campaign objectives and brand strategy.
- Refine designs based on feedback from managers, compliance teams, and other stakeholders. Experience working in regulated industries (fintech, banking, healthcare, etc.) is highly valued.
- Utilize tools such as Jira to manage tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects in a collaborative environment.
- Stay informed on design and cultural trends in both English- and Spanish-speaking markets to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and culturally appropriate.
- Bilingual Fluency: Native or fluent in both English and Spanish, with proven ability to create linguistically accurate and culturally sensitive designs.
- Design Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,); strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Creative Excellence: High attention to detail, strong conceptual thinking, and a passion for innovation in visual storytelling.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Capable of clearly presenting ideas and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with fintech or banking industry design practices is a plus.
