Position Summary/ Objective

The Graphic Designer supports brand growth by using the elements in our Brand Book in combination with their own creative vision to bring to life marketing and brand campaigns that are eye-catching and alluring. The Graphic Designer must have a strong attention to detail and be able to provide a portfolio website with examples of their past work.

Essential Job Function

• Create and design a variety of graphic elements for marketing/advertising efforts across channels including social media, email, and website
• Ensure projects are completed on time at high quality
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images
• Work with a wide range of media and have fluency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Prepare print and digital assets for final delivery
• Collaborate with team on creative concepts and campaign launches

Required Minimum Qualifications/Job Knowledge

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Equivalent Work Experience or Associate's Degree with Commensurate Work Experience
• 3-4 years of Graphic Design Experience
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient with Figma
• Ecommerce Experience (Preferred)
• Interests and/or Experience in Tactical, First Responder, Outdoor industries
• Proficient with UX/UI (Preferred)
• Familiarity with Asana (Preferred)
• Vector illustration skills (Preferred)
  
  

Physical Requirements

This is a primarily sedentary position, however, standing desks are available for use. Associates may occasionally climb stairs, bend, stoop, walk, lift up to 10 lbs., and crouch as needed. Rarely associates in this position may be asked to push/pull up to 50 lbs., work in extreme conditions (heat/cold), and/or travel on a voluntary basis.
