Role: Graphic Designer
Role Overview:
Pinckney Marketing is currently looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team! In this role, you will work closely with a team of designers and account managers to meet the needs of a variety of clients. You should be able to showcase a portfolio that spans various styles and industries, including but not limited to email marketing, social media assets, digital banners, branding, web design, and print collateral.

Role Responsibilities:
- Create images that identify a product and/or convey a message.
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
- Review designs for errors before printing or publishing.
- Incorporate changes recommended by the Design Lead, the Creative Lead, and the clients into the final design.
- Consistently meet project deadlines.
- Able to present designs and able to back up design direction/choice with valid reasoning.
- Collaborates with client, manager, and/or other project participants to understand project assignment, audience, brand guidelines, and intended message.
- Ability to multitask between different brands/clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Portfolio showcasing work from 2-4 years of experience
- Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other Adobe programs
- Experience working in an agency setting is a plus
- Experience with motion graphics is a plus
