Graphic Designer

Purpose:

The Graphic Designer will combine both design talent and outstanding problem-solving skills to lead the team to better creative solutions for the customer. This role will work with other graphic designers and managers to bring brand and channel assets to life following our brand guidelines. The primary focus will be designing digital graphics, concepts for research and editing campaign imagery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create new templates and design new content for channel and brand
• Infographics and banners: Design new template graphics for each category, new innovations, features, etc. Make edits and enhancements to current graphics.
• Icon creation: Ideate different icon designs for user guides, technology logo-lock-ups and icons for on-white imagery.
• Literature: Design research concepts, create new user guides and update existing collateral.
• In-depth photo editing
• In-depth retouching
• Make lighting adjustments
• Color balance images for consistency
• Create brand, channel and digital assets for quarterly promotions and integrated campaigns
• Build design and theme system within Adobe XD
• Size and output all versions for social, email and display
• Overall graphic design duties:
• Upload and tag assets in our DAM (crucial for on-time deployment)
• Asset creation for launch support
• Retail POP design
• Sell sheets, brochures and other literature
• Event support projects
  
  

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

• Bachelor degree required in communication arts, graphic design, photography or related field with 7-10 years of experience
• Advanced ability with Adobe Creative Suite: Strong understanding and technical ability with Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
• Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Teams Excel, Word and PowerPoint required
• Excellent project management skills required - well organized with strong attention to detail, follow-up and follow-through, ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Design portfolio required

Hiring Range: $62,300.00 - $97,900.00
