We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our engineering and delivery teams, supporting the design and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across our frameworks.
As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Assist in the design, planning and delivery of civil engineering solutions for water infrastructure projects
- Support site investigations, surveys and assessments to inform design and construction decisions
- Contribute to the preparation of technical drawings, specifications and reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical and environmental engineers
- Attend site visits to gain hands-on experience and understand construction methodologies
- Assist in monitoring project progress, quality and compliance with health and safety standards
- Support the identification and resolution of engineering challenges during project delivery
- Learn how to manage subcontractors and suppliers, and contribute to procurement activities
- Participate in risk assessments, method statements and environmental planning
- Learning how civil engineering principles are applied in real-world infrastructure projects
- Developing technical knowledge in areas such as drainage, earthworks, reinforced concrete and pipeline installation
- Building confidence in project coordination, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving
- Supported by experienced engineers and mentors to help you grow into a future technical leader
