Description

We have an opening for a Full-Time Golf Club Technician Lead to perform club repairs and modifications. Moderate club repair experience is necessary for this role. Experience re-gripping, re-shafting, modifying loft and lie adjustments and other related services is preferred. A successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience leading others, and a passion for the game.

Responsibilities

  • Regripping, lie and loft adjustments.
  • Fulfill repair orders in a timely fashion.
  • Read and execute custom order per golfer specifications.
  • Verify all repair orders for accuracy.
  • Maintain an orderly workstation.
  • Monitor inventory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of club repair work.
  • A love for and experience in the game of golf.
  • Above average knowledge of golf equipment and technology.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, as well as opportunities for overtime during busier seasons.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience regripping clubs and understanding lie and loft specifications.
  • Ability to accurately measure equipment.
  • Proficient in working hands-on with power tools.

Compensation

  • $20 - $28 per hour, based on previous golf repair experience.
