A General Manager (GM) is responsible for the overall operations, guest experience, sales performance and execution of brand excellence in a store. The General Manager is responsible for maximizing the sales and profits of the store. The General Manager must maintain an exceptional level of guest service by developing strong store Team Members and Shift Managers.

Responsibilities

As the General Manager at Jamba Juice, you will be at the helm of delivering extraordinary dining experiences and fostering a dynamic work environment. Your role encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities, all directed towards elevating the guest experience and ensuring operational success:

• Championing a culture of exceptional guest service, leading by example and inspiring your team.
• Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from food preparation to guest interactions.
• Setting and achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and optimizing operational efficiency.
• Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining cost controls.
• Mentoring, training, and developing a skilled and motivated team of team members.
• Creating and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Addressing and resolving guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism.
• Collaborating with regional and corporate management to uphold brand standards.
