Positions in this function include those responsible for management and administration of multiple functions, or management of general business operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the P&L of a business or part of a business unit
• Manage daily operations of multiple levels of staff and multiple functions/departments across one or more business units
• Day to day site operations, management leadership internal and external to organization, accountable for financial and non-financial results (budgets and actuals)
• Project management and implementation, staff management
• Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a hospital setting
• 1+ years of experience managing direct reports

• Office products experience

The hourly range for this role is $23.70 to $46.35 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
