A strong overall knowledge and hands on experience of all trades:

Proper Equipment:

Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.

Troubleshooting Skills:

Must be a quick thinker and have the ability to be able to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Must be able to communicate with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.

Presentable:

Clean-Cut appearance

Clean and organized work vehicle

Organized tools

Experience:

• Must have a minimum of 10 years of full-time work experience within the construction industry working in one of the trades.
• Must reside in the Illinois Fox Valley from Crystal Lake south to Aurora.
