You are a developer & architect -
Salary Range $83,200.00 - $133,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.

Who Are You…
You are a developer & architect -
- Architect, Develop & Support web applications for different cross functional Projects.
- Work with a global team and propose the right tech stack for the applications.
- Develops world class user interfaces and user experiences of applications.
- Implements the server-side logic and functionality of applications.
- Designs and interacts with databases, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of data.
- Writes unit tests, conducts testing, and debugs code to ensure the reliability and functionality of the application.
- Work with global and divisional cross functional teams to develop and support global web applications.
- Partner with R&D, Regulatory, and Quality technical and business
- teams to integrate relevant data in order to develop sophisticated and scalable web applications
- Collaborates with front-end developers, back-end developers, and other team members to integrate different components of the application.
- Provides technical guidance to the development team.
- Ensures that development follows best practices and aligns with the overall architecture.
- Stays updated on the latest technologies and frameworks to adapt to changing industry standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or similar degree
- Developed and deployed end-to-end web applications using core web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), reactive frameworks (React, Vue, Angular), and backend languages (Python, Node.js).
- Managed full product life cycle releases, working on Agile/SCRUM teams and applying user-centric design and UX concepts.
- Demonstrated expertise with relational databases, source code management using Git, and both static and dynamic analysis toolsets.
- Applied test-driven development practices and security best practices to solve complex challenges.
- Possesses excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Containerization (Docker or Kubernetes)
- Experience with Data Flow, Data Pipeline and workflow management tools: Airflow, Airbyte, Cloud Composer, etc.
- Experience with Data Warehousing solutions: Snowflake, BigQuery, etc
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
