As a Front Office Representative, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. You’ll handle administrative tasks, manage communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at our front desk.

Salary: $25 - $35 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hours

As a Front Office Representative, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. You’ll handle administrative tasks, manage communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at our front desk.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide support to various departments with general office needs.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, or escalate them to the appropriate team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A positive attitude and a professional appearance.
- Competitive hourly rate: $25 - $35 per hour.
