What We Do

Our ECOSEC team provides a safer experience for Epic's users. We work across multiple products and services to improve technology and craft transparent policies so our players and users can have positive experiences on our platforms.

What You'll Do

Epic Games is looking for a Fraud Operations Analyst to handle fraud escalations and monitor fraud trends within Epic’s ecosystem. The candidate preferably has prior experience in fraud and payments support with a strong aptitude for data analysis. Interest and prior experience in fraud and ecommerce is desirable. This is an incredible opportunity to help create a safer environment for millions of players and make a positive impact on the entire Epic ecosystem.

In this role, you will

  • Process fraud alerts using both external and internal tools
  • Investigate, document, and escalate fraud incidents and escalate when necessary
  • Collaborate with engineers, data analysts, and other team members to improve fraud detection and prevention
  • Identify fraud trends and potential fraud vectors across payments and other systems within Epic’s ecosystem


What We're Looking For

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
  • Prior operations experience working in Fraud, Payments, Customer Support, or other security or support related fields
  • Experience with online ecommerce and transaction lifecycles
  • Effective communication skills
  • Must work well under pressure in a dynamic environment
