Job Summary
Responsible for providing support to the company’s Corporate SG&A departments in financial planning and analysis activities, including creating budgets and forecasts, analyzing monthly financial statements and KPIs, assisting in the development of tools and processes related to forecasting, planning, and strategic financial projections, and performing various analytical tasks from budget modeling to preparation of financial presentations for management review.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides support to senior leadership team and executives in the Office of the CEO, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Risk and Tax departments
- Assists with updating the financial models used in the preparation of forecast and budget.
- Conducts various analyses in developing and identifying key metrics for modeling financial data.
- Assists in the development, implementation and maintenance of planning and analytics software
- Reviews monthly results and obtains an understanding of drivers causing variance to budgets/forecasts
- Performs enterprise-wide headcount planning and reporting
- Collect and analyze data in measuring operational performance trends, historical and forecasted, using appropriate metrics.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations in support of monthly, quarterly, and annual management and board performance reviews.
- Maintain documentation of the planning process.
- Other ad-hoc analyses as required / requested by management.
- Lead or assist with process improvement and automation, and other special projects as necessary
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting required; MBA / CPA preferred but not required
- 2-4 years of finance or accounting experience is required
- Ability to understand and modify complex spreadsheets in modeling financial data
- Proficiency with MS Office in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
- Possess math skills sufficient to perform required duties
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience
